Beck Legal is pleased to announce its merger with Swan Hill legal practice Basile Pino & Co.
Beck Legal’s Managing Director Daniel Cole said the Beck Legal team is excited to be expanding into the Swan Hill region.
“Creating a stronger connection to the Swan Hill region is a big part of the execution of our expansion plans. It allows our team to gain greater access to regional-based business enterprises who we feel can greatly benefit from our business-orientated approach when facilitating commercial legal outcomes,” said Mr Cole.
The merger sees the Beck Legal team expand to 34 lawyers, conveyancers and client managers who are focused on delivering quality legal services.
Beck Legal offers a tailored service offering with a focus on commercial, succession planning, property and litigation.
Basile Pino & Co’s Joe Pino said his team and clients welcome the scale and resources that come with being part of a larger business.

Mr Pino started at Basile & Co as an employee in 1978 and formed Basile Pino & Co in 1984.
“There have been many changes in how legal services have been delivered during my 41 years of practice as a sole practitioner in Swan Hill,” said Mr Pino.
“When I first commenced practice the only form of communication was a landline phone and Australia Post; there were no emails, no mobile phones or computers.
“Today legal services are delivered online and, to remain relevant, legal service providers must embrace all the latest technology to enable them to deliver their services efficiently and promptly.”
Mr Pino said he would like to thank the firm’s clients, friends and colleagues from across the business community for their continued support.
“My practice has been expanding rapidly for many years thanks to the loyal support of my many clients and allied professional services.”
Beck Legal will operate from its new office in Swan Hill at Level 1, 226 Beveridge Street prior to Christmas.
